International Conference "Sustainable Economic Development: State, Problems, Prospects"

On April 24, 2020 XIV International Scientific and Practical Video Conference "Sustainable economic development: state, problems, perspectives" was held at the University, which was organized by the Economics and Finance Faculty.
The event will be held in this format for the first time. Over 100 scientists from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Poland took part in it by correspondence. The national science is represented by the works of teachers, postgraduates, master's students of BNTU, BSEU, Polotsk State University, Brest State A.S. Pushkin University, Institute of Sociology of NAS, Center for System Analysis and Strategic Studies of NAS, Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Among the foreign partner institutions of higher education are the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering of the Ukrainian Rivne, Lutsk National Technical University.
The reports of scientists highlighted the implementation of the concept of scientific and industrial cluster in the field of green economy and biotechnology, sustainable development of the national economy, modern aspects of marketing and other topics. Special attention is paid to the relevant issues of this year. Thus, the team of the Military Academy of Belarus presented the work "The relationship between the epidemic and the economy in 2020". The theme of the research is "Coronavirus and Economic Policy" by BNTU Associate Professor Alexander Kovalyov.
