The representative of the Department of Historical and Cultural Heritage took part in the International Science and Education Seminar "China's Experience: Social System and Public Policy" (Qingdao, China)

Senior lecturer of the department of historical and cultural heritage Gorish Irina Vladimirovna took part in the seminar "Chinese Experience: Social System and Public Policy" at the invitation of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (Qingdao, China). The organizer of the training event was Shandong College of Foreign Trade. Within 2 weeks, representatives of 16 countries got acquainted with the experience of the People's Republic of China in the social and economic sphere on the basis of the training center in Qingdao.
The seminar program included lectures by faculty members of universities, as well as visits to industrial enterprises (China Ship Heavy Industry, Haier Industrial Park, Qingdao New Energy Solutions Inc. (NESI)), organizations (BRCIC), educational institutions (Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College), excursions to museums of urban planning in Qingdao, Linyi and Shanghai. Separately, one should note the visit to Belt and Road Collaborative Innovation Center (BRCIC). The SICAS program for the promotion of education in China, which is being implemented within the framework of this initiative, can become a promising area for our university for cooperation.
The representative of the Belarusian delegation, Gorish Irina Vladimirovna, had the honor to make a welcoming speech on behalf of all participants at the opening ceremony of the seminar. The participants of the seminar had a high social and professional status and represented different levels of the system of public administration of their countries. The direct communication with members of delegations of other countries made it possible to expand the knowledge of the socio-economic policies of such states as Nepal, Honduras, Suriname, Moldova, Bulgaria, Vanuatu, Malawi, Panama, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Oman, Uganda and Sierra Leone and establish business contacts.
