On March 3, 2023, working meetings were held between representatives of the Polessky State University and the leadership and specialists of the Stolin region. The purpose of the complex event was to develop joint steps to implement the tasks of regulatory documents in the context of informatization and digital transformation of the economy of the Republic of Belarus in relation to the regions of the Brest region, including the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 136 of April 7, 2022. Vice-Rector for Science and Research SHTEPA Vladimir Nikolaevich, Deputy Dean for Informatization of the Faculty of Engineering KLACHENKOV Vladislav Andreevich, Associate Professor of the Department of Financial Management BUKHTIK Marina Igorevna and Head of IT areas of the student research laboratory "PolessUP" VASIUKHNEVICH Pavel Viktorovich took part in this event. At the site of the Stolin District Executive Committee, a meeting was held under the leadership of Deputy Chairman Mikhail Filippovich NESTEROVICH. On the part of the university, the IT Campus of the Polessky region, created on January 26, 2023, was presented, its functionality and tasks in terms of digitalization of the Pripyat territories of the Brest region were highlighted through the implementation of practical projects and improving the information literacy of specialized specialists. On the basis of a substantive discussion, the parties formed the basis of a roadmap for interaction between the authorities and enterprises of the Stolin region, on the one hand, and PolesGU as the anchor organization of the IT Campus, on the other. The next event was a meeting at the IT Campus participant of the Stolin State Agrarian and Economic College. The moderator was the director of the educational institution BUT-GUSAIM Andrey Grigorievich. As part of the communication, representatives of PolesGU briefed their colleagues on the nearest upcoming events and a plan for the development of a joint organizational structure. Attention was focused on the special role of team development of Web sites, mobile applications, the introduction of artificial intelligence, both in the educational process and in project activities, the participation of SGAEC students in research work and volunteer activities. Separately, we discussed the tasks of the Campus participants in organizing communications, creating case-tasks and directly holding the planned first landmark IT event in our region - the Polessky Senior hackathon. Meetings with partners from the Stolin region strengthened the foundation of practice-oriented cooperation and aimed it at solving urgent problems of informatization of the Polesie region.
