On March 19, an open dialogue took place with the participation of Segenyuk Yuri Sergeevich, within the framework of which the topics of preserving historical memory, the tragedy of Khatyn, the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, and the prevention of negative phenomena among youth were discussed with students.
During the meeting, a decision was made on the participation of the volunteer detachment of Polessky State University in the construction of the youth Patriotic Center in the city of Brest.
Yuri Sergeevich also visited the museum of our university, got acquainted with the history of the university’s formation and the exhibition dedicated to the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War.
