On March 21, the spring holiday “Navruz” was celebrated in the dormitory, organized by the Student Council of the dormitory together with students from Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh.
Those present at the festive table drank tea with chak-chak, samsa, baursak, pancakes and pies. They talked about the traditions and customs of celebrating Navruz in their country, about national games and dishes. Students shared recipes for national treats with each other.
