On November 2, 2024, as part of the Visitor’s Day, Polessky State University opened its doors to applicants. For potential applicants worked the consulting laboratory "Your professional choice", where anyone could take a career-oriented test.
At the opening, Igor Buchenkov, Vice-rector for Academic Affairs of Polessky State University, addressed the applicants with a welcoming speech: “It is very nice to see that such a large number of young, creative people consider Polessky State University as a university for their further education. Polessky State University is the youngest university in the Republic of Belarus”.
The executive secretary of the admissions committee, Natalia Anatolyevna Glinskaya, told about the conditions and procedure for admission to a higher education institution ’Polessky State University“ in 2025, noted the possibility of admission of applicants on the terms of targeted training and explained who can enter the University without entrance tests.
The deans of the faculties presented the specialties of the graduating departments to the applicants. Quests, master classes and business games, study tours of industry laboratories, academic buildings, dormitories and the university sports complex were organized and conducted for applicants.
