Head of State Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko signed an order according to which 680 thousand rubles will be allocated from the reserve fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus to encourage gifted students. Among the young gifted and talented Belarusians, whose achievements have been noted at a high level, there are also students of the Educational Institution "Polessky State University".
A total of 173 students and cadets of institutions of higher education were awarded scholarships by the President of Belarus, 26 grand prizes were awarded with the award of the badge "Laureate of the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the social support of talented students", and 217 special prizes to the winners of republican Olympiads and competitions. 21 members of teaching staff will receive remuneration for their special contribution to the development of the abilities of gifted students.
