On April 24, students of the Faculty of Engineering studying in the specialty "Industrial fish farming" joined the republican environmental campaign "Belarus Blue-eyed".
The purpose of the event is to improve the territories adjacent to socially significant water bodies from the reserve fund of fishing grounds. This year, the shoreline of the Pripyat River became the focus of attention of young environmentalists. The participants of the action carried out a large-scale cleaning: they collected household garbage, removed branches and dead wood, and improved recreation areas. Their efforts not only improved the aesthetic appearance of the territory, but also contributed to the preservation of the river's ecosystem, which is especially important for future specialists in the field of industrial fish farming.
