Students of Polessky State University actively participate in the republican project "Letter to the great-grandfather". Anyone can address their letter to relatives who participated in the Great Patriotic War, home front workers or people who made a significant contribution to the development of their native country. The main goal of the project is to preserve the historical memory of the heroic deeds of the Belarusian people and the victims of Nazism during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, to remind of everything that unites us and is a strong bond of more than one generation of Belarusians.
