On May 20, 2025, a meeting of international students with a representative of the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Pinsk took place. The meeting was attended by: Inspector of the Pinsk Department of Internal Affairs, Police Major Dmitry Vasilyevich Yarkovich, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Biotechnology for Ideological and Educational Work Ekaterina Igorevna Prilovskaya, Head of the Department of International Relations Natalia Vladimirovna Aksenchik, specialist of the Department of International Relations Elena Leonidovna Kievich.
During the meeting, key aspects of the legal status of foreign citizens in Belarus were touched upon. Dmitry Vasilyevich introduced students to the basics of migration policy, rules of behavior in public places and employment opportunities in Belarus during their studies, on vacation and after graduation. The students received instructions on entry and exit from the country, as well as registration and renewal of registration. Special attention was paid to illegal border crossings and penalties, including deportation and a ban on entry into the country. The importance of observing the internal regulations in the educational institution was emphasized, and warnings were given about the consequences of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
