On May 22, 2025, Polessky State University hosted a meeting with Alexander Pavlovich Omelianyuk, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Legislation of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus for Pinsk City District No. 14, Olga Anatolyevna Khmel, Vice-rector for Ideological and Educational Work, Vladislav Yurievich Likhota, Secretary for the BRSM, Olga Vasilyevna Matsuka, member of the Youth Council at the House of Representatives of the National meetings of the Republic of Belarus and the BRSM members on the topic: "Youth policy. Cooperation with public associations. The role of the BRSM" . The meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue, where topical issues of youth policy were discussed. Alexander Pavlovich stressed the importance of active participation of young people in the public life of the country, noting that it is the younger generation that is the driving force behind the development of Belarus.
