On June 22, the Memorial Day of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and Genocide of the Belarusian People, Olga Anatolyevna Khmel, Vice-rector for Ideological and Educational Work, teachers, staff and students of Polessky State University took part in a rally at the entrance of Pinsky Order of the Badge of Honor Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant, laying flowers at the memorial plaque at the site of the deaths of the first victims of the Great Patriotic War on the territory of Pinsk. At exactly 12:00, everyone joined the All-Belarusian minute of silence.
