On September 9, 2025, the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the year hosted a traditional meeting between Rector Valery Ivanovich Dunai and first-year students. The event "University of Great Opportunities" was also attended by Vice-rector for Research Irina Alexandrovna Prygodich, Vice-rector for Ideological and Educational Work Olga Anatolyevna Khmel, Vice-rector Mikhail Mikhailovich Zaranko, Vice-rector Andrey Konstantinovich Novik, Dean, Deputy Dean for Ideological and Educational Work, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and curators of the Faculty of Economics and Finance. Valery Ivanovich congratulated the new representatives of the large and friendly student family of PolesSU on their admission to the university, spoke about the achievements and development plans.
The meeting was held in the format of an open and lively dialogue. The first-year students were concerned about the living conditions in the dormitories, the availability of international student exchanges and student internships.
