On September 23, 2025, Polessky State University hosted an official meeting with a delegation from the Heilongjiang Institute of Ice and Snow Sports (PRC), aimed at developing bilateral cooperation in education, sports and academic exchange. Valery Ivanovich Dunai, Rector of Polessky State Universitye, and Gao Wenyue, Deputy Director of the Heilongjiang Institute of Ice and Snow Sports, welcomed the participants of the meeting.
Within the framework of the event, an agreement signing ceremony was held: a Memorandum of Understanding; a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation within the framework of the 3+0 joint educational program; a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of teacher training.
