On October 10, employees of the social, pedagogical and psychological service of Polessky State University organized an action dedicated to World Mental Health Day. The participants of the action had the opportunity not only to relax, but also to learn new ways of self-help and maintaining mental balance. Of particular interest was the art therapy workshop, where participants created their own works of art, expressing their feelings and emotions through color and form.
Aromatherapy and herbal medicine provided a unique opportunity to immerse in the world of natural aromas and medicinal herbs that promote relaxation and improve mood. Sand therapy allowed participants to reveal their inner conflicts and experiences, and body-oriented therapy helped them realize the connection between the body and emotions.
