As part of career guidance and preparation for pre-graduate practice, students of of the Faculty of Biotechnology of PolesSU, under the guidance of Tamara Aleksandrovna Senkovets, senior lecturer at the Department of Biochemistry and Bioinformatics, visited Nesvizh Baby Food Factory, a modern enterprise specializing in the production of dairy and fermented milk products for children of all age categories.
The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with production processes and technologies, consolidate practical competencies, as well as discuss the prospects for completing a pre-graduate internship and possible employment at the enterprise. During the tour, the students got acquainted with the production lines, quality control system, packaging processes and principles of the production environment organization. Representatives of the company spoke about the requirements for young professionals, career opportunities and corporate culture.
