An information meeting dedicated to the upcoming VII All-Belarusian National Assembly was held for first-year students of the Faculty of Engineering. The event was hosted by Vladimir Vladimirovich Makarushko, Chairman of PolesSU department of the primary organization “Belaya Rus”, Senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities.
During a lively and open conversation, Vladimir Vladimirovich not only presented the official agenda, but also explained the importance of the National Assembly as the highest form of democracy and a unique platform for defining the contours of Belarus' development. Special emphasis was placed on how decisions made at this level affect every citizen, including the younger generation, defining vectors in the field of education, science, culture and creating conditions for professional realization.
