On December 19, 2025, the Program of Socio-economic development of Belarus for 2026-2030 was reviewed. This is the main document that was approved by the delegates of the VII National Assembly. The program was presented by Prime Minister Alexander Turchin.
The draft program defines several key priorities. The main ones are related to the development of demographic security, human potential, and the creation of a favorable and high-quality living environment. As well as the development of competition, technology, and the digitalization of the economy. Other priorities include strong regions, the development of the defense sector, increasing the country's defense capability, as well as tourism potential.
