As part of educational work and civic-patriotic education, PolesSU organized an excursion to the Brest Hero Fortress memorial complex. The trip was attended by students from different parts of the world: Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, China, as well as students from Russia and Belarus.
For many international students, getting to know the history of the Brest Fortress on the land where the events took place became especially significant. During the tour, the participants walked along the route of the places of fierce battles, visited the monuments "Courage" and "Thirst", the bayonet obelisk, and visited museum exhibitions. The memory of the defenders of the fortress was honored with a minute of silence.
