A teacher and students of the Faculty of Healthy Lifestyle Organization congratulated Polessky State University on its 20th anniversary with high sports achievements. On April 4, Moscow hosted the international Kyokushin Budo Karate Cup tournament, which was attended by more than 350 athletes from 4 countries.
According to the results of the competition: Daniil Aleksandrovich Polyukhovich, assistant of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, took the 2nd place (in the category of men up to 70 kg). Dmitry Lyubaev, a part-time student at the Faculty of Healthy Lifestyle Organization, took the 2nd place (in the category of men over 90 kg). The 3rd place (in the category of men up to 80 kg) was taken by Roman Glinko, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of Healthy Lifestyle Organization.
The high results shown at the prestigious international tournament confirm the effectiveness of the sports training system at the Faculty of Healthy Lifestyle Organization.
