A meeting with leading personnel customers and a preliminary assignment of 5th year students took place at the Faculty of Biotechnology. 3th and 4th year students had a unique opportunity to communicate directly with industry leaders and learn about employment prospects.
The students were addressed by the Chief Development Specialist of the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation (BNBC) Nikolai Alekseevich Kuznetsov, who spoke about the scale of one of the country's most ambitious projects. Deputy Director of Agro-Motol JSC Sergey Nikolaevich Pilipovich and Head of the Laboratory of Microclonal reproduction Janis Aivarovich Zalbs presented innovations in the agricultural sector. Darina Alexandrovna Turtsevich, head of the Branch of the Russian Scientific Research Center for Transfusiology and Medical Biotechnologies (Gantsevichi) highlighted the possibilities of working in the field of high-tech medicine. Deputy Head of the Pinsk Interdistrict Department of the State Committee for Forensic Examinations Valery Valerievich Belevich, spoke about the role of biotechnologists in expert work.
