On April 18, 2026, members of the PolesSU trade union visited the Holy Dormition Zhirovichi Monastery. The tour participants got acquainted with the history of the monastery, learned about the appearance of the miraculous image of the Mother of God, one of the most revered Belarusian shrines, and were able to worship this miraculous icon.
In addition, as part of the trip, the group visited: the Church of St. Michael the Archangel in the village of Synkovichi and the Holy Spring (Zelvensky district); the convent in honor of St. Ambrose of Optina in the village of Rusakovo (Slonimsky district). "It was really a trip for the soul," the participants of the tour share their impressions.
