As part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Polessky State University, a round table on "Financial Education: problems and prospects" was held at the Faculty of Economics and Finance. The meeting was moderated by Tatiana Alexandrovna Rzhevskaya, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Finance, Associate Professor, Candidate of Economic Sciences.
The round table was attended by representatives of the banking sector.
The participants focused on three key issues of modern financial education: the transformation of educational approaches in the training of banking specialists in the context of the integration of artificial intelligence technologies; dual education as a direction for improving the practice orientation of training banking specialists: opportunities and limitations; young professionals in the banking sector: problems of selection, adaptation and securing their first job.
