On April 24, Polessky State University hosted a solemn meeting with representatives of the banking community dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the university. The event brought together the university's management, distinguished guests from the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, as well as representatives of the country's leading banks.
Valery Ivanovich Dunai, Rector of the University, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.
The meeting was particularly significant due to the speech of Maltsevich Valery Minovich, Head of the Main Personnel Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, who served as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of PolesSU from 2006 to 2011. Valery Minovich presented a commemorative silver coin in honor of the 20th anniversary of Polessky State University.
For many years of conscientious work and contribution to the training of qualified personnel, Honorary diplomas of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus were awarded to Tatiana Alexandrovna Rzhevskaya, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Finance, Davydova Natalia Leontievna, Head of the Department of Banking and Financial Markets.
During the ceremony, representatives of the banking sector congratulated the university staff and presented memorable gifts.
