A sports festival was held at Polessky State University – the family playground “PolesSU for a Healthy Family”, dedicated to Family Day. The symbolic opening of the holiday took place to the sounds of the National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus, marking the beginning of a program aimed at strengthening family values, developing traditions and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
The participants demonstrated solidarity, activity and commitment to a healthy lifestyle by competing in dynamic relay races and team competitions.
The program includes sports tests aimed at developing agility, interaction and mutual support. The teams ran distances with a tennis ball and a stick, performed elements of basketball leadership in the "Generation Change" relay, and the captains competed in the "Head of the Family: Perpetual Motion Machine" competition, demonstrating strength and endurance.
