On June 12, 2026, an educational workshop on the topic "The youth business community as a tool for engaging in innovative entrepreneurship" was held at Polessky State University.
The main vector of the event was aimed at discussing the model of interaction between the startup center and the youth entrepreneurial community of the university.
During the workshop, experts analyzed the methods of integrating university startup centers with the real business sector. Special attention was paid to tools to support young entrepreneurs, namely: mentoring, pitch sessions, investment search, and the formation of interdisciplinary teams. The meeting resulted in the establishment of the Startup Space branch at Polessky State University.
The establishment of the branch provides students with access to educational intensive courses and grant programs, as well as lays the foundation for future cooperation with venture funds and business angels.
