On June 12, 2026, an educational workshop "University as a platform for the development of youth innovative entrepreneurship", organized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, PolesSU and the Hi‑Tech Park, was held at Polessky State University
Valery Ivanovich welcomed the guests and participants of the seminar, emphasizing the importance of developing innovative entrepreneurship among young people:
«Polessky State University consistently creates an environment in which young people can not only gain knowledge, but also implement their ideas. Today, the university is not just an educational platform, but a full–fledged ecosystem where startups are born, teams are formed and innovative solutions are created. We are actively developing research activities, expanding cooperation with the Hi‑Tech Park and industrial partners so that our students can confidently enter the field of high technology and entrepreneurship».
The seminar participants discussed the directions of further development of the startup movement, mechanisms for involving students in innovative activities and opportunities for deepening cooperation with the Hi‑Tech Park.
