On the final day of the competition, Maria Popichich, a graduate of Polessky State University Lyceum, won the 5 km canoe race. She will continue her studies at Polessky State University, combining her athletic career with higher education. Maria twice topped the podium, becoming one of the most successful participants in the championship. Among the championship winners was also Vladislav Kravets, a graduate of Polessky State University's Faculty of Healthy Lifestyles, who twice took first place in his disciplines. The athletes' successes confirm the high level of athletic training and the development of rowing at Polessky State University.
