An online meeting was held at Polessky State University with representatives of Harbin Medical University, dedicated to developing cooperation and implementing the joint educational “4+0” program.
Rector of Polessky State University, Valery Ivanovich Dunai, welcomed the Chinese side, emphasizing: “This is the beginning of a great journey. We are opening up new opportunities for training specialists and expanding international partnership.” He noted the importance of joint initiatives aimed at integrating the educational standards of the two countries and promoting academic mobility.
During the negotiations, the parties reached an agreement on key issues related to the implementation of the “4+0” program and signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
