People's opinions on the draft amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, possible proposals can be submitted to the National Legal Information Center:
by e-mail sbor@ncpi.gov.by;
by filling in the electronic form on the National Legal Internet Portal at https://sbor.pravo.by;
in writing to the address: 1a Bersona Street, Minsk, 220030, National Legal Information Center, with a note “Constitution”.
