On 19 January, students and employees of Polessky State University took part in the discussion of the draft amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, which took place on the basis of Pinsk State Agrarian Technological College. The main expert of the event was Leonid Zayats, Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus. The meeting was also attended by Irina Sachkovskaya, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, Valery Rebkovets, Chairman of the Pinsk City Executive Committee, and Valentina Kulak, head of the ideological work and youth affairs department of the Pinsk City Executive Committee.
The participants discussed the importance of preserving the current Belarusian model of social and economic development and the need to reform the Constitution that will determine the future of Belarus.
The experts answered all the questions of the audience, taking into consideration the opinion of each and every citizen.
