The chairperson of the youth wing of the primary organization of the Belarusian Women's Union of Polessky State University Julia Tihonovskaia and a 4th year student of the Faculty of Economics and Finance Anna Gerzha, nominee of the city stage of the republican competition "Woman of the Year – 2021", took part in the event timed to sum up the results and honoring the winners of the city stage show called "Woman of the Year – 2021".
The chairperson of the Pinsk organization of the Belarusian Union of Women Valentina Kulak outlined the role of a modern woman in strengthening the unity and preserving the independence of the country at the opening of the event.
Valentina Kulak noted that the participants of the competition have professionalism, responsibility and diligence as peculiar features. Each participant is a vivid example of civic consciousness and patriotism. Anna Gerzha was awarded a first-degree diploma of the city stage of the republican competition "Woman of the Year – 2021" in the nomination "The Future of the Belarusian Women's Union"!
