In April 2023, Minsk hosts the key international event of the country in the field of information and telecommunication technologies and their applications - the TIBO forum. This is a unique platform for the exchange of best practices in the field of digital solutions, analysis of global digital transformation practices and discussion of the prospects for the effective use of the latest technological trends in traditional sectors of the economy, science and education. Well-known manufacturers of telecommunications equipment, hardware and software, mobile and fixed-line operators, developers and suppliers of high-tech products, security systems, intelligent solutions and services for the mass and corporate segment, scientific and educational institutions presented products and services at the exhibition. Significant cross-border events took place at the Minsk Arena: Digital Economy, the 5th Eurasian Digital Forum and the 6th Belarusian ICT Summit. Polessky State University and Technopark “Polesie” also took an active part in TIBO. From the innovative developments of our scientists, the projects of the segments "Digital aquaculture" ("Computer-integrated automatic feeder", authors: Kozyr A.V., Krishchik D.A.) and "Digital water canal" ("Information-analytical system for the operational collection and evaluation of data on the state of sanitation”, authors: Shtepa V.N., Krishchik D.A.). On April 20, 2023, the TIBO International Forum was centrally visited by 40 teachers and students of Polesie State University, who had the opportunity to see the expositions of key developers of software and hardware products, test their functionality and personally communicate with leading experts in various fields of the IT industry. Negotiations were also held with legal entities aimed at cooperation in the field of innovation, conducting courses and Hackathons, and implementing economic agreements.
