From May 22 to May 25, 2023, representatives of Polessky State University Yevgeny Borisovich Evseev, Associate Professor of the Department of Landscape Design, Ph.D. Republic of Azerbaijan) as part of the Belarusian delegation. On May 23, the solemn opening of the forum took place with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Vladimirovich Kadlubay, during which a joint action plan in the field of youth policy of Belarus and Azerbaijan was signed. Representatives of the Polessky State University took part in the work of the Youth Innovative Entrepreneurship section, where they talked about ways to support youth initiatives in the Republic of Belarus, and also shared their experience of participating in the competition of youth projects “100 Ideas for Belarus” and presented their project “Black Soldier”. The forum program also included visits to youth public organizations, a training event with a discussion of joint projects, sightseeing tours of the cities of Ganja and Baku.
