On June 15-16, the Days of Belarusian Education in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam were held in Hanoi (Vietnam). The delegation, headed by the Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Ivanets Andrey Ivanovich, included the rector of Polessky State University Dunai Valery Ivanovich. On June 15, the Official Opening Ceremony took place, within the framework of which Rector Dunai Valery Ivanovich and President of the University of Hue Le An Fung signed a memorandum of understanding between the universities they lead. Heads of educational institutions, with the participation of employees of international relations departments, discussed the possibility of interaction within the framework of academic mobility of students. Representatives of Polessky State University held a presentation of educational programs as part of the thematic exposition "Education in Belarus" with demonstration of information and advertising videos and materials, distribution of promotional and presentation materials about the university. The delegation of the Polessky State University also took part in the Solemn meeting of the members of the Belarusian delegation with graduates of Belarusian universities and the signing ceremony of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on cooperation in the field of education, visited the Specialized School of Foreign Languages of the University of Languages and International Studies of the Vietnam National University and Vietnam National University. Representatives of the university also discussed the possibility of organizing joint educational programs with the director of the Center for International Cooperation of Hanoi University of Industry Vit An, an online meeting was scheduled to discuss preliminary agreements in detail.
