On October 4, 2023, a visiting meeting of the Council of Young Scientists of Polessky State University and Baranovichi State University was held at the Baranovichi State University. The working meeting to discuss the priority areas of joint scientific, innovative activities, educational and cultural events was attended by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Vl. N. Shtepa, the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists M. M. Vorobyova and representatives from all faculties. The rector of the Baranovichi State University, Al. N. Unsovich, and the first Vice-Rector, Vl. N. Klimuk, conducted a tour of the university. They talked about the history and achievements of the university, demonstrated the educational, laboratory, material, technical and sports facilities, and introduced them to the Confucius Classroom. Representatives of the Council of Young Scientists of BarSU began their speech: Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of BarSU Shapovich Ev. G. with a report on the structure and activities of young scientists. Head of the “Technology Transfer Center” Tolkach A. G. with a report on the Technology Transfer Center as a separate division of BarSU, aimed at enhancing innovative entrepreneurial activity, as well as commercializing the results of intellectual activity. The meeting was continued by the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of Polessky State University, M. M. Vorobyova, with a report in which she spoke in detail about the structure and activities of the Council of Young Scientists, scientific achievements, sources of funding, as well as areas of work. Dmitrovich N. P. spoke in more detail about the scientific activities of young scientists from the Faculty of Biotechnology, Likhota Vl. Yu. - the Faculty of Engineering, Gladysheva M. G. – the Healthy Way of Life Organisation Faculty, Tikhonovskaya Yu. Ol. - the Faculty of Economics and Finance, and Kozyr Al. V. presented the Subject of Innovative Infrastructure, Scientific -technological park «Technopark Polesie», which in turn performs the functions of organizing the cluster development of the Innovation and Industrial Cluster in the field of biotechnology and green economy. As a result of the retreat, favorable conditions were created for the further development of cooperation between Polessky State University and Baranovichi State University in the field of computer neural network technologies in biology and physical culture. This will not only expand the scientific capabilities of both universities, but also make a significant contribution to the development of science and education in the region.
