From September 28 to October 5, 2023, Dean of Healthy Way Of Life Organization Faculty Marinich T.V. and Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Gavrilik M.V. underwent an internship at Karakalpak State University named after Berdaha. A cooperation agreement was signed between our universities in 2019; joint educational programs were opened in the specialties “Physical Education and Sports” (I stage) and “Physical Education and Sports” (Master’s Degree). Graduates of the programs receive 2 diplomas in 2 specialties - a diploma from Polessky State University and a diploma from Karakalpak State University. A meeting was held with the rector of Karakalpak State University, Ahmed Mambetkarimovich Reimov, who highly appreciated the cooperation of our universities and presented certificates of internship. During the meeting, with the Vice-Rector for Science, issues of mutual support of universities in increasing the QS rating, joint publications in journals indexed in the RSCI and Higher Attestation Commission databases were discussed. Issues of further cooperation within the framework of the joint educational program 1+1 and 2+2 between Polessky State University and Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh were discussed with the dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Kaipov Nietbai Aitbaevich. Director of the university sports club Kulakov Yu.I. introduced the sports infrastructure and material and technical base of Karakalpak State University. The teachers got acquainted with the educational documentation on the disciplines, the features of the organization of the educational process at the partner university, gave lectures to Karakalpak master’s students in the discipline “Sports Medicine” and “Theory and Methods of Physical Education”, which outlined, among other things, the developments of the departments of the faculty in the field of medical -biological and scientific-methodological support for athletes of various levels.
