On February 5, the “Party School” begins work at Polessky State University. This is a national project of the Belarusian Party “Belaya Rus” and within its framework, on the eve of the main political event of the single voting day, advanced training courses “Party School” will be held at Polessky State University. The opening ceremony was attended by the rector of Polessky State University Dunai Valery Ivanovich and the chairman of the Pinsk District Council of Deputies Lozyuk Vyacheslav Ivanovich.
The educational program is aimed at developing in students a holistic understanding of the multi-party system and the role of parties in state building. 14 people from different enterprises and organizations of the city will participate in the school.
Week-long courses include practical and seminar classes, lectures, round tables, thematic discussions and dialogue platforms. They will talk about the history of the formation of the modern multi-party system in our country, its social policy and ideology, verification and fact-checking, organizational communications, psychological mechanisms of cognitive distortions and manipulation, social initiatives of public associations, etc. Participants will learn to systematically summarize the current news agenda and competently broadcast it.
The developed professional development program will contribute to the development of management competencies in students based on the synergistic interaction of civic, professional and political skills. The material proposed for study in lectures corresponds to modern realities and reflects the dynamism of the organization as an open management system. Round tables and seminars will be held in the form of critical discussions and highlight various axiological aspects of interaction between the state and civil society institutions.
The training will end on February 9 with the presentation of state-standard certificates of advanced training to students. The organizer of the project is the Belarusian Party “White Rus'” and Polessky State University. It is planned that the educational program will be implemented on an ongoing basis at the university.
