On October 22, 2024 faculty, staff, students and the members of the NGO "BRSM", headed by Rector Valery Ivanovich Dunai, Olga Anatolyevna Khmel, Vice-rector for Ideological and Educational Work Andrey Konstantinovich Novik, Vice-rector Mikhail Mikhailovich Zaranko, Chairman of the Pinsk City Council of Deputies, Chairman of the Pinsk city branch of the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus" Sergey Viktorovich Kunitsky, took part in the republican voluntary action "Give the forest a new life!"
