On the eve of World Tourism Day, the university students took part in an educational city quest called “Routes of Memory,” which combined a walk around Pinsk, an introduction to its history, and team tasks. The participants had to follow a route through the city’s iconic places, complete thematic tasks, and take a fresh look at familiar streets and landmarks. The students learned interesting facts about Pinsk’s history, searched for answers to questions, took photos, and shot short videos, capturing the most memorable moments of the journey. It was especially interesting to work in teams: the participants discussed the tasks together, searched for the required objects, showed resourcefulness, and approached the tasks creatively. The quest ended with a small quiz dedicated to the tourist attractions of Belarus. The students were able to test their knowledge of the country’s landmarks and learn new interesting facts.
After the active route, the participants were treated to a warm tea party, where they could share their impressions, discuss the most interesting parts of the quest, and simply chat in a friendly atmosphere.
