A meeting of the competition commission for the formation of a promising personnel reserve from among students of higher education institutions and young professionals is being held at the Brest Regional Executive Committee. The meeting is being held under the leadership of Viktor Anatolyevich Rafalovich, Deputy Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee.
The promising personnel reserve is a specially formed group of young people under the age of 31 who possess leadership and organizational skills and are capable of engaging in managerial activities in government bodies and organizations.
University representatives take part in discussions on the training of young managers, the development of the competencies required for work in the public administration system, and the role of universities in developing the region’s human resources.
