Republican Student Football League 2024/2025 among women's teams, division "A"! On May 12, Pinsk hosted the first semi-final of the strongest division of the Republican Student Football League. The girls from PolesSU hosted the BSUPC team.

On May 15, 2025, Polessky State University hosted a competition for innovative projects of young developers – PINSK INVEST WEEKEND – 21. 44 participants, including online participants from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, presented their projects as part of the competition. They all came together to determine the best startup project. Valery Ivanovich Dunai, Rector of Polessky State University, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor, opened the final of the competition.

As part of the PINSK INVEST WEEKEND-21, which this year featured an expanded program, the Faculty of Economics and Finance organized the work of the section "Bank 2.0: Solutions for the Future", where banking-related projects were presented. Students of Polessky State University, having completed an internship at the bank, were able to offer innovative solutions for the development of the banking sector.

On May 12, 2025, the rector of PolesSU, Valery Ivanovich Dunai, solemnly awarded Svetlana Buinitskaya, the head of the library, with a Diploma for high achievements in work, professional skills, many years of fruitful and conscientious work, and a significant contribution to the development of librarianship.

On May 10, 2025, the trade union organization of Polessky State University organized an ecological bike tour ”Road of Memory“ for the university staff, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.

The final result is 7:0 in favor of PolesSU.
