On January 10, as part of the "Our Children" campaign, a New Year's ball for talented youth of the Brest region was held at the Puslovsky Palace in Kosovo. 58 university students and students of general secondary education institutions took part in the New Year's celebration, including winners of Olympiads, sports tournaments, authors of innovative projects and laureates of international competitions. Led by Rector Valery Ivanovich Dunai, Polessky State University was represented at the regional ball by Dmitry Lashuk, a student of the Faculty of Economics and Finance, Evgeniya Shumanskaya, a student of the Faculty of Economics and Finance, Kristina Jolnerchik, a student of the Faculty of Engineering, Ilya Shamich, a student of the Faculty of Biotechnology.
