On May 9, the delegation of Polessky State University took part in city events dedicated to the Day of the State Emblem and the State Flag of the Republic of Belarus and the Day of the Victory of the Soviet People in the Great Patriotic War. At 10.30 on Lenin Square, a solemn raising of the National Flag took place. Together with the immortal regiment, the students of PolesSU marched through the streets of the city, and at 13.00 they paid tribute to the memory of the fallen and laid flowers at the memorial complex "Liberators of Pinsk".
