In May 2021, the 11th edition of the international rating TRANSPARENT RANKING: Institutional Repositories by Google Scholar was published. The repository of Polessky State University is one of the top ten institutional repositories in Belarus and occupies the eighth position and the leading position among the university repositories of the Brest region. In the world ranking, the PolesSU Repository ranks 303rd among 3,102 institutional repositories in the world, and in the overall ranking among all types of repositories – 324th among 3,224. The main goal of the rating is to stimulate the exchange of information between scientists around the world by publishing research results in the open access. It is based on the number of scientific papers placed in the repository and indexed by the Google Scholar database.
