From October 4 to October 8, 2021, the representatives of Polessky State Universuty students' trade union E.A. Bogush and Ya.V. Tikhon took training courses for youth trade union activists. Traditionally, the event was held on the basis of the FTUB youth initiatives center in Logoisk district.
The program of the events included educational lectures and trainings on labor relations. Representatives of three sectoral trade unions – education and science, cultural workers, information workers, sports and tourism, as well as specialists from the trade union of state and other establishments discussed issues related to compliance with legislation, collective agreements, the concept of personnel policy. The educational courses were full of interesting meetings, creative assignments, discussions and dialogues. One day the participants spent in Minsk on excursions to enterprises, lectures at MITSO.
