Student of the Year republican competition is the project initiated by Belarusian Republican Youth Union and implemented by the Youth Union jointly with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. The competition is held in all institutions of higher education in Belarus.
On November 9, 2021, the university stage of the competition "Student of the Year - 2021" took place in Polessky State University. The best representative of the university was chosen there. Kovsh Anna, 4th year student of Biotechnological faculty, Shamich Vladislav, 4th year student of Healthy way of life organisation faculty, took place in the final stage of the competition.
