The representatives of Vitebsk and Brest regional organizations of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, the organization named “Russian Youth Union” (RSM) from Smolensk and the public association named “Patriots of Belarus” held a Belarusian-Russian motor rally entitled “Memory Road”, which ran along the following route: Brest-Minsk-Vitebsk-Smolensk. About 60 people took part in the rally, and it took place from 19 to 21 November. The motor rally began in the memorial complex named "Brest Fortress-Hero", and then the participants visited the "Mound of Glory" (Minsk region), "Khatyn" (Minsk region) and "Shunevka" (Vitebsk region. After that, the activists honored the memory of those who died during the Great Patriotic War at the "Adamenskaya Hill" memorial, and the "Memory Road" continued with a visit to the Alley of Heroes in the village of Krasny, Smolensk Region. A round table was held on the topic of civil-patriotic education of children and youth of the Union State in Smolensk, and then the participants of the rally visited the Museum of the Great Patriotic War.
