On 16-17 December, 2021, the XXI International Scientific and Practical Conference named "Physical Culture, Sports and Health: State, Problems and Prospects" was held on the basis of Kharkiv State Academy of Culture. There were more than 200 participants, including rectors and leading scientists from 29 institutions of higher education and employees of medical, educational, research institutions, doctoral students, postgraduate students, applicants for higher education, organizers of the movement devoted to physical culture and sports from Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus, Azerbaijan.
The conference was attended by the representatives of Polessky State University: Zhuravsky Alexander Yurievich, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor; Dronova Vera Mikhailovna, an assistant, such undergraduate students as Khomitsevich Dmitry Ivanovich and Orepchuk Yuri Yurievich.
More than 60 reports were presented at the conference. Kuznetsova Elena Timofeevna, the Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, took part in the plenary session with a report on such a theme as "The study of the peculiarities and patterns of the territorial differentiation of diseases of students of the Polesie region."
The optimal ways of solving problematic issues were determined at the end of the XXI International scientific-practical conference named "Physical Culture, Sports and Health: State, Problems and Prospects". The issues were connected with physical education of different groups of the population, as well as such fields as the system of training athletes of physical therapy and occupational therapy, health-improving and recreational activities, economics and management and identified promising ways of development of the sphere of physical culture and sports.
