The republican charitable campaign named “Our Children” started in our country in December. Everyone who is not indifferent to the children deprived of parental care takes part in it.
Polessky State University partakes in the campaign as well. On the eve of the holidays, 24 December, Dunay Valery Ivanovich, the rector of Polessky State University, Olga Anatolyevna Demyanets, the chairperson of the trade union committee of Polessky State University and Gospodarik Artur, the deputy chairperson of the student coordination council visited the branch named "Specialized children's home" of Pinsk Children's Hospital. On behalf of the students and the staff of the university, Polessky State University representatives gave them New Year's gifts.
The students and the university staff raised funds to buy the most necessary things for the children.
On 23 December, the students of Polessky State University from dormitory No. 2/2 visited the specialized children's home. The students provided help and support to those ones who need love and compassion.
